So.
I’ve now seen 9 of the 10 best picture nominees. I haven’t seen The Kids Are All Right cause SOME MOVIE THEATERS need to play Yogi Bear in 3-D on seven screens instead of actually giving a smaller film a shot for a change. I also haven’t seen Blue Valentine or Rabbit Hole for the same reason, so I can have no opinions about those movies. I will now go through the top categories...

But Jersey Shore just got renewed for a fourth season. I feel like those creatures in “The Abyss” who live at the bottom of the Mariana Trench and who watch tv footage of bombs and riots and nazis and decide to tsunami wave civilization, but then Ed Harris tells Mary Elizabeth Mastrontonio that he loves her and the aliens decide maybe there is something in humanity worth not destroying...
